The District Project Management Unit (DPMU) is responsible for training and capacity building of frontline workers like ASHA, ANM, and Anganwadi staff. These workers deliver essential services in Health, ICDS, Education, Women Welfare, and Social Development.
DPMU organizes skill development sessions, refresher training, and technical guidance to improve programme implementation, data reporting, and community engagement. Training enhances the efficiency, knowledge, and effectiveness of frontline staff, enabling better monitoring and timely delivery of government schemes.
By strengthening frontline workers, DPMU ensures improved service quality, accountability, and programme outcomes, ensuring that government initiatives effectively reach the intended beneficiaries.
