The District Project Management Unit (DPMU), Sambhal, established in November 2024, is a district-level support unit dedicated to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of government schemes in accordance with NITI Aayog parameters. Working under the guidance of the District Administration, Sambhal, and the leadership of District Magistrate Dr. Rajender Pensiya, DPMU Sambhal strengthens data-driven governance, inter-departmental coordination, and performance monitoring.

The unit plays a vital role in improving public service delivery, development indicators, and district-level outcomes, contributing to the overall social and economic development of Sambhal district.
