The District Project Management Unit (DPMU) collects and analyzes real-time data to ensure effective implementation of government schemes across Health, ICDS, Education, Women Welfare, Social Development, and Agriculture. Using digital tools, surveys, and reports from frontline workers like ASHA, ANM, and Anganwadi staff, DPMU tracks programme activities, identifies gaps, and monitors progress. In health, it oversees maternal and child care, immunization, and nutrition; in education, enrolment and learning outcomes; in women welfare and social development, empowerment and social security; and in agriculture, farmer welfare and crop insurance. Dashboards and reports support evidence-based decisions and timely corrective action.
